OUR BATMOBILE’S BODY ARMOR IS NEXT!
If Batman has to leave the Batmobile for awhile, he can use the voice command “shields” to activate the Batmobile’s shielding system. The Batmobile’s shields are ceramic fractal armor panels that stop people from messing with the car while Batman is off fighting crime. Bulletproof and fireproof steel plates envelop the body and cockpit entirely and while this armor is in place (cocoon-mode), the Batmobile cannot be moved or driven.

The Batmobile’s shields can explode outward when struck by projectiles, deflecting injurious force away from the car and its occupants.
