Parade route will be along Ocean Avenue
The Batmobile returns to the Monterey Peninsula and is making its debut at the parade in Carmel on Halloween! The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea was incorporated on Halloween in 1916, so it celebrates its birthday and the country’s favorite “costume-and-candy” holiday with an Anniversary/Halloween Parade. There will be lots of sweet treats and other fun surprises – all are welcome!
